halloween's coming and pumpkins can be seen in most supermarkets.. this is an exceptionally BIG one i can't resist taking a picture with it
went to the Central Park. it's this 843-acres parkfor sheer recreational pleasure. we went there for a picnic.
kitty mentioned that there's a job such as Dogs Walker. there's this 1 person at the park with all these dogs above. weee! i noticed all the dogs here are tame; like really properly trained. i feel like owning one right away, i was telling kitty.
people chilling at the Columbus Circle (59th st), which is where we started our journey into the park.
kitty in a green top - in line with the surroundings.. green green green.. i luv greennnn..
most people would think that i'm a South Korean, like this Saxophonist who's at the park guessed... he's really friendly... chatted a little and invited us to watch him play at some jazz place..
us at the Bethesda Terrace. remember, poosy, this is the image that u did last year with an imposed kitty.. apparently this terrace was intended to be a "magnificent marriage between art & nature".. wuah.. damn Art loh..
this is a sculpture of Hans Christian Andersen - the childrens' book author who did The Little Match Girl, Ugly Ducklings, The Brave Tin Soldier.. i didnt remember the author until kitty mentioned "thereeeee...!! remember the story about the match stick girl or not?? he write 1 lahhhh!!" haha... anyway, usually on saturday mornings, there'd be a story telling session..
conclusion, this is quite a happening park - there are quite many people - doing different things.. jogging with their strollers, walking dogs, jogging, mommies grouping together with their respective babies, children playing baseball/ football/ kites, boating, painting, picnicking, couples lying down on the lawn hugging each other.. etc..
today, i have learnt that i still don't walk fast enough.. kitty said she feels bad for walking ahead of me..
