doong tuck, do-doong-doong tuck! ching ching ching ching.. look..!! that's me on the drums!! (haha, like real). had a little jammin' session with a coupla friends. this dude has a drum set in his apartment.. couldn't play loud; afraid that we might disturb the neighbours; we resort to using CHOPSTICKS instead of drumsticks while playin the drums.. that was the afternoon session. and then at night, we went on to another friend's house to jam some more. wuah. i was on a roll loh. whole day grouping with a few fellas to try to produce some bearable and decent tunes.. heehee.. quite fun..! =) *guitar twang* cheng-cheng-cheng.. *violin screech* nyee nyee nyeeee.. *harmonica tunes* nye nye fffhhhh ffhhh HAHA.. and of course, there were some "Pavarottis" harmonizin together-gether..

about 2 weekends ago, amanda invited some of us over for a little dinner party.. she cooked..! and they're good..!! =) vera was telling me to dress up a little and that she's bringing Tiramisu ice cream over as dessert; Ee Siew was gonna bring a bottle of White Wine.. and i was scratching my head what to bring.. daym.. haha, i brought some old school jelly - the colourful ones that come in small plastic cones.. in many flavours - pineapple, apple, orange etc.. yeah, i know. it's a bit "too cool" for the ocassion but it made everyone unwrap them with much glee and mentioned that these were very popular during our primary school days.. i totally brought them back into the past *ZZOOOOOOOOM SWOOOOOOOSSSHHHHH* nyiahaha.. from L-R : ee siew, alvira, amanda (hostess), bee, sharon, shin.

the dinner was awesome, all of us clinked our glasses, chit chatted, with Pop Jazz music playing in the background.. and when amanda's parents got home, they asked, "how's your 'gwai lo' dinner, girls?" haha.

So, Malaysia is turning 50 this year and I remember last year when it turned 49, I had nothing good to say of it. Hee. This year I'm refraining myself from bad mouthing it, as when anyone or thing turns 50, it says half a decade and I suppose it could do with a little respect. So this year I'll keep all my personal opinions to myself and save it for next year... Muahaha.
