The Loves of My Life

One of the first few things I did once I got back to KL was to visit my dogs who are now living with Andrew's aunt in Seremban 3. Actually, I don't have the rights to call them my dogs anymore; I have not been their caretaker since quite some time back - they have been living with Andrew until his parents recently decided that the dogs aren't coming to his new fancy schmancy apartment.

And now that they aren't even living with Andrew, technically speaking they're not really our dogs anymore. Right? Anyway, if I have a wise piece of advice to tell others, especially young people 'in love', it would be never ever take the decision of getting a pet together lightly.

Seriously, I don't think I have much regrets but having to accept the fact that neither of us could provide shelter to them - I'm still coming and going, god knows to where, and Andrew having no say at all in this matter when it comes to keeping them makes me ponder what sort of an idiot I was. I feel like kicking myself. The feeling of abandoning them is just pure shit.

Elvis. Somehow I think he is way happier in Seremban 3 than in Andrew's previous apartment. After all, Elvis is a true blue Ozzy dog - he's got a love affair with the outdoors and at least now he's got a backyard to run around in.

AJ is still such a prince, doesn't like getting his paws too dirty. He's getting better now in the sense that he isn't just a couch potato anymore. I heard he's even willing to walk on grass now.

My only consolation comes from Andrew's aunt who is one of the nicest person I've met and that she adores them.
