we had a cooking session this x'mas & it was so much fun! since some of u weren't around.. here's a little somethin' to let ya all see what was missed! tabby came over and cooked a storm again!!

there was a cake for the 3 december babies.. idiot, tabby & myself.. (although the cake reads merry x'mas)

the chicken about to be roasted.. (it's the closest to having a turkey.. heh..)

tabby the chef.. once again.. i'm VERY proud to be your sous chef.. great job!!

it turned out good for a first-timer! that's the roast chicken with stuffing.. and the home made iced tea by arness..

the x'mas dinner.. we had the roasted chicken, some broccoli + mushroom, lamb chop & risotto..

and over here, there were coleslaw (by arness), fruit cake (from his mom), greek salad & mashed potato..

there were 7 of us - curly joined us too. the peaceful dinner turned into such lively evening especially when Ms Chin Hui made a grand entrance.. her vibrato laughter hit the roof & it vibrated throughout.. she had the nerves to be sleeping at home when everyone arrived.. from catching up over dinner to singing along with the guitar (zahrin) & violin was awesomeness.. as always, i felt like i could fly.. we all sang and sang for hours the night ended so quick! it was great, great, fun.. i'd like to repeat.. it was great, great, fun!!! hope everyone had a happy holiday!!
